Financial service chiefs of military units in Azerbaijan are charged

Financial service chiefs of 6 military units of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry have been brought to responsibility. As Azerbaijani Press Agency informs, deputy Prosecutor General – Military Prosecutor General, Justice Lieutenant General Khanlar Valiyev informed about this the journalists.

He noted that in 2013, former financial service chiefs of the Defense Ministry’s units Rustamov Ilgar Faig, Aliyev Zaur Bayram, Nazarov Shahmar Mammad, Salamov Mammad Akif, Aliyev Rauf Asgar and Sadigov Aydin Fakhraddin faced charges under the Criminal Code’s Articles 179.3.2, 313 and 326.1.

The investigation of the cases was completed and submitted to military courts for consideration.
